A professional business address creates a confident and trusted first impression for your clients and keeps your home address private and separate from your business.

We have two premises to choose from: our South Belfast address at 51 Malone Road, BT9 6RY or our City Centre Cathedral Quarter address 46 Hill Street, BT1 2LB.

We have a small team ensuring you get a friendly, personal and professional service and as a local social enterprise it means your money goes back into the local economy and to support the creative industries in Northern Ireland. As a creative industries organisation we also offer reduced rates for creative industry businesses.

Monthly and Weekly Options

Monthly Business Address Service

We will redirect up to 15 items of regular and standard large letter-sized business mail to the address of your choice monthly. Post beyond the 15 letters will be charged at the price of postage, and the cost will be added to your following bill.

As a virtual office customer, you are entitled to 20% off meeting and boardroom hire fees (free AV equipment use with room hire).

*The vision of Blick Shared Studios is to focus on the needs of creative industry entrepreneurs. Creative businesses will be classified as eligible for reduced creative industry prices for virtual services using the UK’s definition of the creative industries – ‘those industries that are based on individual creativity, skill and talent with the potential to create wealth and jobs through developing intellectual property’ – includes thirteen sectors: advertising, architecture, the art and antiques market, crafts, design, designer fashion, film, interactive leisure software (i.e. video games), music, the performing arts, publishing, software, and television and radio.

Weekly Business Address Service

We will redirect business mail to the address of your choice weekly. Up to 25 items of regular and standard large letter-sized mail per calendar month. Post beyond the 25 letters will be charged at the price of postage, and the cost will be added to your following bill.

As a virtual office customer, you are entitled to 20% off meeting and boardroom hire fees (free AV equipment use with room hire).

Virtual Office FAQ's

All fees must be paid in advance by direct debit or bank transfer. All monthly fees must be paid quarterly in advance and all annual fees must be paid in full in advance.

We will let you know via email when any parcels or oversized letters arrive, however unfortunately due to the costs involved all parcels and oversized letters (not including standard large letter sized post) must either be collected at an arranged time from our main premises at 51 Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6RY or can be forwarded at an additional cost.

Mail will be redirected via Royal Mail to the address supplied on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the service selected.

For UK creative businesses:

Our monthly business address service costs £22.50 per month or £200.00 annually or for our weekly business address service £30.00 per month or £300.00 annually.

For UK non-creative businesses:

Our monthly business address service costs £30.00 per month or £300 per year or for our weekly business address service £40.00 per month or £400.00 annually.

For EU Creative businesses:

Our monthly business address service costs £30.00 per month or £300.00 per year or for our weekly business address service £40.00 per month or £400.00 annually.

For EU non-Creative businesses:

Our monthly business address service costs £40.00 per month or £400.00 per year or for our weekly business address service £50.00 per month or £500.00 annually.

Blick is a local, independent social enterprise offering affordable shared workspace, events, services and support for creatives in Belfast. Choosing Blick means your money goes to support the local economy and the creative industries in Northern Ireland. Our services have been designed by creatives for creatives. We cut out the unnecessary extras and aim to offer excellent value for money and really good service by a small but professional team. We have 15 years experience providing virtual services for creatives. We know what we are doing and can be relied upon to provide a professional service as well as being friendly and approachable.

We currently have three buildings in Belfast, two in Belfast’s creative Cathedral Quarter area close to Belfast School of Art and the other in leafy South Belfast near Queens University Belfast and offer virtual services within both the Cathedral Quarter and South Belfast.

Our next Blick Animation Club lego animation workshop for children is on Saturday 18th May from 2 - 4pm

WORKSHOP DETAILS

These mini animation master classes by Can Do Academy are a great introduction for children to the colourful world of Lego animation!

The workshop will allow participants to make a complete animated Lego film on an iPad, using sound effects, visual effects, titles and lots of imagination!

Your child will learn to use special iPad apps and they will receive a copy of their film at the end of the session! They can bring their own Lego characters or use the ones supplied by us.

NI CREATIVE HUBS MEETUP #2

Following a successful get-together in August, this is the second meetup for creative hubs in Northern Ireland to come together, connect, share ideas and support each other.

If you are involved with running or working in a creative hub in Northern Ireland we would love for you to join us at this our second meetup.

This event is a collaborative project between Blick Shared Studios, Boom Studios with the kind support of the Innovation Factory providing a venue for the meetup.

Here's Exercise 2 again. This one's all about getting to know and understand your creative idea. What problem you are solving, what your solution to that problem is, why your idea will appeal to your audience and how you can get them to find out about it. This exercise is a great one to get you to start thinking about your idea and getting your ideas down on paper.
