BRITISH COUNCIL NEW NARRATIVES (AFRICA_UK) – CO-CREATION GRANT
Targeting a youth (18 – 35-year-old) audience, the co-creation grant aims to support Africa and UK cultural partnerships to develop digital, face-to-face, and hybrid artistic projects that examine New Narratives. The British Council are offering THREE co-creation grants of up to GBP20,000, to three different hubs/collectives.
UK EXPORT ACADEMY
The UK Export Academy from the Department for International Trade (DIT) gives businesses the know-how to sell to customers around the world by learning from experts in international trade.
The UK Export Academy has been designed to accommodate different levels of exporting experience, whether your business is interested in starting to sell internationally or looking to grow your international sales further. The academy will help you to overcome common challenges that businesses can face.
CLIMATE ACTION TOOLKIT
The Creative Climate Action Tool Kit is for small creative businesses, SMEs, freelancers, and organisations to support their climate action journey.
LIST MAKING FOR INSIGHT AND DELIGHT
You may already love lists for their usefulness in getting stuff done. This event ventures beyond to see what “extra” lists can do for our creativity and awareness.

Lunch & Learn Business is brought to you in collaboration with PNE; an enterprise agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne set up to help people start and grow businesses across the the UK, and NatWest’s Enterprise team the national bank with local business improvement and support at the heart of their work ethic

WOVEN NETWORKS SHARING SESSIONS
Woven Networks Sharing Sessions is an online event happening on 30 August –
2 September. The event will focus on the stories of people working together across the Philippines and with the UK to create change through weaving networks that support each other. It will culminate with the launch of a virtual exhibition that celebrates culture, communities and forests.
The four-day event is free but registration is required.
