How long is the lease?

Leases start from a minimum of 1 month depending on your contract and a maximum of 36 months.

What's included in my rent?

Rent, Rates, Heating, Electricity, Broadband, Office Furniture, Meeting Room usage, use of Audio Visual Equipment, use of Kitchen, Building maintenance, Cleaning of common areas, 24 hour access.

Will I have full meeting and boardroom access?

Meeting and boardroom access is free of charge for Blick residents, but is subject to booking and availability

Do you have car parking?

Car parking is not provided however loading and unloading facilities are available subject to booking. On-street parking is available on the adjacent roads: Malone Avenue and Eglantine Avenue, however parking here can sometimes be difficult after 9am, but is easily available a short walk away on one of the other adjacent roads further up the Malone Road and between 9.30am and 4.30pm parking is available on almost directly outside on the main Malone Road. There is also paid parking available just down the road at the Wellington Park Hotel.

What hours are you open?

24 hour access is available for all Blick Residents.

Our opening hours for mail collection, general enquiries etc are by appointment - we are generally here in the studios most days - Monday- Saturday- and many evenings but please give us a call - 02890207832 or an email - info@blickstudios.org, to ensure someone is available to meet with you

Do you provide a telephone answering service?

We don’t currently provide a telephone answering service, however it is a service we are planning to provide in the near future so if it’s a service you are interested in keeping checking back or email us and be asked to be added to our mailing list regarding this service.

Will I have a dedicated phone line?

If required we can provide a dedicated phone line at an additional cost

How much do your serviced desks and offices cost?

Our serviced desks cost from £100 per month and our offices from £200 for a 1-2 person office. For exact prices of available desks and offices email Christine@blickstudios.org
