To become a resident at Blick Shared Studios simply get in touch and arrange a time to come down for a tour to see what workspace is currently available. It's rare that we can't accomodate you!
Pricing starts at just £100 per month in our shared spaces, and £200 per month for a private office.
Once you choose a space, you'll pay a deposit that's equivelent to one month's rent and be asked to commit to a minimum of 3 months. There will be no additional fees or charges during your residency as broadband, utilities like heating and electric, and even use of our meeting room and equipment are included in your rent. After your minimum term of 3 months you may remain on a month-to-month basis, simply giving 30 days notice if you would like move on. That's it!
